I was called by the company for 2 rounds of interviews, and everything seemed to go very well. I even got a confirmation call and they asked me to join as soon as possible, and asked me for a release date from my current company. After I had already talked with my current workplace and informed them of my decision to depart from there, I got an email from Sun Oil that is a lack of clarity regarding my onboarding and asked me not to resign from my current workplace. This is extremely concerning as they shouldn't have given me a confirmation call or ask me to join as soon as possible if there was no clarity regarding my onboarding.
