The company culture is very unhealthy. There is zero opportunity to scale up since the company don't encourage their employees for knowledge enhancement. The company only listens to the feedback been provided by the Team Leads/Assistant Managers/Managers. Whereas there should be equal scope of opportunity to hear from their associates level as the associates are also an integral part of the company. The management should have more empathy towards the employees specially to the associates level staff so that each and every one should get an equal opportunity to grow with the new skill sets to be imparted to the employees via regular training....Read More

Work Load is less but unfortunately you will just be a robot at work no new things to learn. Incentives are good but will not get credited on time

Dislikes

Work culture is horrible. No one is professional not even the management except 2/3. You have to waste your earned leaves but still they won’t allow you to take your leaves and you will learn nothing new same practice 5 days a week.

The process in which I was assigned was great but the process manager named Rizwan was pathetically painful to bear. Good knows what he thinks of himself. He can't even frame a sentence properly and claims to be a manager. LOL!!
