100% job satisfaction and secured..work culture is fantastic... while working you will feel like second home..TL and supervisor will guide you till you become expert in the process..

Dislikes

Indian holidays like Durga Puja and Kali puja should also be included in holiday list.

Sorry to say! A genuine person never say anymore, that a best part of sun knowledge. So i have a worked with 3.2 years in this organization, but very poor experience. Huge level of politics and oiling, buttering always being made by the higher level.

Honestly speaking a deserving candidate unable to get any promotion, because they are actually honest, genuine and potential. But who has no proper knowledge, but they get a promotion easily.. Wow!! What a organization... Another worst part is 'Salary slip' they didn't provide any insentive, but in pay slip mentioned thet a huge amnt in incentive. For that you are unable get a proper hike when u move to the another organization.....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
