The salary structure is very poor. Management doesn't really care about old employees and is more concerned in hiring under qualified people with low salary. Office politics here hampers your mental and physical well being and the rate of your growth. And growth in post does not guarantee growth in salary here

So there is certain TLs from the adapt health god knows what they think of themselves and I think that they should start treating the associate better, because the way they talk to them that is absolutely pathetic. Also favouritism is at it's peak, like like if you are going to fill up their bottles if you are going to bring their lunch if you are going to do their remaining work then they are going to be gaga over you, but at the same time is your working if you are my little own business you are not typically obey them like any mistress then you are arrogant , unethical , problematic you are having behaviour issues what so ever.
