Sun had always dwelled around people who were freshers, college dropouts, and people with lesser ability to leap and grow. Sun always batted the idea, "You have the job only because it chose to keep you". Which in my opinion is not the right narrative. Under Anand's leadership, with Amrik second in command the contact center was a mixed bag of fun and sorrow at the same time.
