I've joined Sunknowledge on July, 2022 & this is my second company after Concentrix. Starting the career with BPO when I joined a reputed KPO like Sunknowledge, there was a hesitation in mind that could I perform as per the requirements or not! But with the warm welcome of the Company HR at the time of joining as well as when the Pre-process training was started by Mr. Mriganka Das who would eventually become my TL, all the hesitation & nervousness have faded away. After selected as an AR Associate all of my seniors guided me a lot to go through Medical Billing which isn't a Cup of Tea but with the supportive behaviour of my Teammates, Seniors, I could learn newer things everyday. Last but not in the least, my health condition was deteriorated & my management co-operated a lot in regards to the leaves & all pending works. After 1 year of experience, I can say that I'm blessed to be a part of Sunknowledge & I wish to continue this relationship for a long more years...Read More
