Watching an employee after he uses washroom and shamelessly following employee to the washroom and keeping a watch on what an employee does in the washroom and firing from job by targeting and grouping against the employee.Shameless management.

Having lured me in to joining their firm, they never kept up any of their promises. Leadership lacks integrity and business acumen to better manage affairs, Would not recommend anyone to join the company

Work Details

It involved overseeing their offices at Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad. Meeting with prospects and doing basic processing of proposals. Later was tasked to look after their Mica mines at Nellore which was a non-starter.
