i am not currently working there so not really sure on the compensation adjustment there.

Growth is really hard there, One kind of task you are supposed to do and then you will be stuck in it. However, the role I was in (Business Development - International) had a good growth coz they agreed to open up new markets for the company.

Work Details

i was a business development manager - enterprise sales and I was responsible for sales of the offered services and products for domestic and international markets. I was the only one assigned for the international market.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
