You will be given false promises by top management and will be thrown out once your job is done. Do not beleive the words of CEO or HR Manager

Likes

If you want to learn and work more then you have a lot to do and you want to explore yourself as a developer there are different types of projects in different languages. You will learn how different technologies merged to work together. I had a great time at summit and about growth opportunities if you have potential and skills you will get what you want otherwise don't expect much.

Dislikes

There is nothing as such to dislike that need to be pointed out but yes company have to work on sales and business strategies. Summit had a golden time and currently it is an underdog so it has to show its potential to the IT industry.

Work Details

Its the same as you heard in other IT companies. Before lockdown there was not working flexibility in terms of Work from Home but since lockdown it is flexible now and hope it will continue the same after lockdown.

i am not currently working there so not really sure on the compensation adjustment there.

Dislikes

Growth is really hard there, One kind of task you are supposed to do and then you will be stuck in it. However, the role I was in (Business Development - International) had a good growth coz they agreed to open up new markets for the company.

Work Details

i was a business development manager - enterprise sales and I was responsible for sales of the offered services and products for domestic and international markets. I was the only one assigned for the international market.
