Top management made made system very bad in this company and they donot let the Employee work the way they want to work and There is dirty politics by managers and they donot let work by employee and these are so many issues related bill placement and Rate cutting and miscommunication of Rates and schemes by top management that’s why their image in market is gone down and distributors donot like to work this company and new Employees have to face a lot while working in market ,There is not respect of Employee by Managers and they donot value the value of Right employee that’s why this company sale in Punjab gone 7 Crore in 2023 but in 2022 sale was 34 Cr, their working culture and manager’s behaviour are very bad and they do so much of Politics with Employee that’s why employees donot work for 6 month ....Read More
