It is very difficult to work in this industry by the good performer.

Dislikes

There is plenty of politics being played by the senior executives and the Top Management also in favour of them and we can't expect that this company will grow further.

Work Details

No encouragement towards good performance and very poor salary and no extra benefits. The Management will not release the amount deducted in terms of CTC to those who quit this company. This practice is highly illegal.
