There is only onething I like about sumasoft and that my colleagues, I am in the tech support team and the people with whom I a working are the best people to work with excluding the manager and the team lead.otherwise there is nothing to be like about this company its full of polities,but if you are a family member of someone who are from a higher management than you have a great future in this company and if you are not a relative of someone from higher management than you have to be '' chatukar chamcha'' of your manager or team leader then only you will have a growth over here but if you are none of the above then I am sorry my friend you will be use as a tissue paper, they will not give you the hike which you deserve or either you will not get hike only, also they will make you fake promises at the time of joining or after joining just to retain you if they need you for a particular project.
