As a female I feel very secure in company premises. Culture is going with respectful approach from employees.

Dislikes

There is no certain vertical growth in company like deputy is still deputy after 5 years of experience. For some selected people /favorite people there is huge success but for others it's difficult to grow. Thus it land up with attrition.

Company has taken utmost care of its employees, however working here one must be ready to shift to a place closer to Work Location or ready to travel for 2-3 hrs daily

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
