I literally dislike everything about this place. The management is very poor. When you will enter the office, you will feel like working in a government office with old culture and rules. HR will support higher authority and these higher positioned employees support their favorites. Here they don't see your work effort, only see hownicely you can obey the manager. Initially they will explain standard rules about leave and other policies. But with time Or you can say based on the manager's mood everytime new rules will added which are totally illogical. And you can't even ask why this rule has added when there is no point. If you will ask any explanation you will become the next target to get mentally and emotionally triggered. You don't have any other option except to say ok i will follow whatever you are saying. Seriously in 2025 I am facing boy and girl biased rules, senior n junior partiality and sad that I am unable to do anything about it. Because when I told HR head about it, simply told that your manager is having other opinion about you and we trust them, not you. I have never written such things for any of my previous employers. But now I am writing this review with very bad experience with me which I don't want to happen with anyone else. I know for you job matters, money matters. especially Mumbai branch, there are no HR policies, the atmosphere of the office is bad, there is a lot of partiality, it is not proper, because less attention is paid.

Nothing that is worth liking. It is such a bad company which will make your mental health go south. Starting senior level management( who doesn’t even know write a mail, will sit in high designation and torture other people since he is fit for nothing

Everything especially people who have horns that they worked in big reputed organisation and doesn’t even write mail and people who sit in same organisation and make other people’s in chaos. Sulekha’s notice period is three months and they let you go in piece they will make sure to hate yourself for the decision and it is the worstcompany to work with.
