Company should be give task to worker as per their trade and ability. company should be understand feeling and problems of worker. Company should upgrade the worker as per their knowledge and experience. All Managers should co-operate with workers.

HR department not co-operates with Workers. Salary always delay. here is not emergency leave. Medical problem and many more.

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
