Work life balance is overall good. Employer and Employee Relationship is better compare than other Corporate. The management need our manpower thats only they don't care about our Strict timing and Dress code. Overall good but career growth nd new innovations are not allowed by the reporting manager. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
