Job security was there and Good place to learn as self.

Dislikes

Promotion was very slow, Manager only can decide to provide the promotion, he also knows well as you work Hard, But they did not promot you. Team manager Support was poor.

Work Details

My work as attending Tickets raisen in Company separate helpdesk portal and provide solution to them, Apart from that Given support to arrest the ticket raisen in portal, At daily We getting work pressure and very less rest time.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
