Research and Development are carried out by a bunch of illiterate JOKERS , THEY NOT EVEN PASSED 10 TH STD😂😂😂😂😂😂, THIS MANAGER NEVER TAKE EDUCATED PERSON UNDER THEM if some educated one comes under them by chance , they will torture them and make them to leave with in no time. CMD department was leading by another fool guy , don't even know how to draft a mail with out spelling mistake 😂😂😂😂😂 If you want to waste your time I will say this is the best place😂😂😂😂😂 All gm posts are for name , no power to control or to give approval ,Bor make decisions even if you want 5000 in advance , approval need from top management All your decision making ability will be frozen, instead of acting like this , you can sit in home and enjoy Scientific person will be given 15-30 days to develop a new product, and again this will be crossed checked by every give 15-30 days End of the day the product a scientist developed and will be checked by joker R& D trail manager, who doesn't know the spelling of science, and report will be given as not good product 😂😂😂😂😂 So scientist if you want get demotivate and neglected this is the best place.
