No Work life balance. They say the timings will be flexible during interview but there is no such thing. They want us to work late in the evening and they don't pay the allowance for the same. Toxic team managers who want us to work the entire day and later no credits will be given to us. if there is any issue from the patient's side - all the blame will be put on Nutritionist. Sales people will sell the plan by making false promises to patients and ultimately Nutritionist has to face the consequences. Nutritionist has to run behind the patient every-time, there is no respect for the them. Remuneration is less as per the work. P.S- Do not work here if you want to have work life balance & peace of mind. People are toxic here. The company shows off that it is perfect but when you start working here you understand that it is a complete disaster. The training is full of self-praise, boasting and unlimited useless stories with unnecessary exaggeration like news channels. Even a simple concept is dragged to a 4-5 hour long lecture that it is clearly visible from the trainees faces how they are feeling about it. The trainer talks about empathy but herself doesn't implies that concept. They ask you to be present sharp at 10 am and expect to be there still in front of the camera till 7 pm. Can't even keep it shut for a moment and even a little eye movement will make the trainer furious. Calling this as virtual etiquette as if other companies who don't force their employees to keep their camera on are futile. Even if there is a nature's call permission needs to be taken. Also, assessments and assignments needs to be cleared after this difficult day. Apart from this physical torture, they even hit the trainess mentally by making them feel useless. Proving their previous study and experiences as rubbish and bizzare. Humiliating everyone to the core that by the time practical assessments initiate, no one is able to perform their best as they are already filled with self-doubt and low self-esteem. They feel they will be pointed out wrong at everything they'll say as their confidence is shattered with such demotivating speech and gestures. The client call is 1 hour long where n-number of questions needs to be asked as if we have to marry them and again 1 hour call the very next day with the same client discussing and explaining stuff. They expect us to be perfect in these calls at one-go. There comes another strategy here as they have pre-decided whom to pass and whom to detain. They just tell the coach enacting as client to be as strict as possible as they don't want the trainee to pass. Coming out of such a trauma takes another few weeks.
