My likes, dislikes are based on total of 1.5 years experience which was WFO(70%) & WFH(30%, initial days when WFH was allowed). -The Office is situated in a good but expensive location. -Salary on time, only one time it was delayed which is totally fine, but HR team never accepts their own mistakes, which is a big red flag and shows a negative personality. -Benefits -No hierarchy -Mostly good colleagues and good founder....Read More

-I didn't feel like people were trying to solve problems, poor efforts from one particular department, once I found a KPI's incorrect numbers and reported to one senior, just because wrong one was presented & next quarter's target was set, that person didn't bother to discuss or disclose it, which tell they are not serious and probably afraid of top management. -Definitely NOT for skill development and growth (for analytics/data science/product)....Read More
