Typical transport co. Lala type . Its a below average co. nothing good here which motivate employees.

Dislikes

Old employees from Mgmt. side do not support the new commers on middle Mgmt. due to insecurity feelings and vice versa, there is a clash among employees in every department. Management is not committed and honest. Though I have resigned last year in the month of August but still I REMEMBER the way I was tortured during my last 3 working months. High level of politics and groupism in every department.. Most of the employees are dissatisfied due to one or another reason specially the noncooperation from Seniors. Full of boot lickers employees from top to bottom. Please don't recommend any candidate to this company for a job specially for sales/business development profile. Company is moving towards modernization from traditional one, giving importance to the co. branding, moving very fast from manual work to computerization, ERP is on the way to launch very soon. New Departments have been created to control the works properly and on time. CRM division set up in the last year.

Dislikes

Company is lacking at present in hiring perfect candidates as per the job role. There is a huge skill gap among employees, new employees are not given equal opportunity and respect and review for new employees are frequently done. There is a feeling of bias among new employees. Job security is very low for newcomers.
