I like the space given here for learning and responsibility and error is seen as a learning step if not repeated.The company has some of the best employee policies.

"The company is as good as its manager" i.e if you have a good manager your work will be a bliss if not slow growth,dissatisfaction and constant looking out for an opportunity. which is what is happening in some project areas of the company.
