Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Everything. No process. No SOP. No one is ready to follow the processes from higher level to lower level in any department. No job security. Very high Local public & political influence. Your CTC shows high figure but actually u get very less amount. HR misguide at the time of joining on everything, If u get colony residence then your taxes will be get calculated on hypothetical additional amount and high deductions in salary. No fair promotion Activity. Even your KRA ratings are good you will not be recommended for promotion from your boss until you ask Or demand. After resignation harassment starts from HR. HR will not support for exit clearance. Ask for details of your next company and if you not provide the same then starts threatening to hold full & final, reliving until u provide the details....Read More

Very poor management, they are running the business like a grocery shop, not an Industry. Job security is 'ZERO'... In project department you will not able to find any person, having more than 2yrs Sudarshan Experience, people used to stared searching job within 15 days of joining, from VP to Executive in every level.

SCIL generally gives 40 to 90 % of hike during hiring new people, this is a trap actually. Regarding facilities and benifit talent acquisition team generally misguides candidate, this a suggestion please keep everything in black and white before joining this karkhana. Housing colony is just a showpiece, very few old employee get accomodation there, mostly it is occupied. Join this company if you are jobless only....Read More
