it is good organisation to work to get growth with proportionate growth of the company . Independent nature of work with motivation of higher officials work freedom is welcomed so that we can strong execution of our and company planning. Independent in work gives to achieve our goals without stress

supply of the product assigned to me is not upto to the mark. higher volume of business expectation from territory for the product assigned to me is not appreciated. because end user did not have capacity to purchase more quantity due to their purchasing power but company is not able to supply small quantity of end users demand due to their production cost and labour involvement which is not profitable for their production of particular product assigned to me...Read More
