Here hard work is appreciated and if you have done any thing worthwhile, your work will speak for it . Lot of respect is given to hard workers and people who follow system, smart workers are generally considered as one who deviates system to achieve the result.

Dislikes

Speaking about Noida, They have bifurcation between Plant level Employees and corporate level employees. Corporate level employees enjoys good working environment, canteen, casual dress on Saturday, second Saturday off , easy access to top level employees, and other glamorous stuff. The plant level employees ( ones working on production , maintenance, Quality etc) are often subjected to lot of harassment and torture ....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
