Some flexible hours. Way too many negatives in the Canadian Field Service department that over shadow the positives. Worst company I have ever worked for. Very unethical behavior from management and breaks many laws and rules. When called out they cover up and try to manipulate your words.

Dislikes

Not even following there own rules and should be heavily fined by the regulators. Tech support is non existent. Training is absolute garbage and totally disorganized. No overtime Onboarding a joke Management worst I have ever experienced. Management not to be trusted they lie and manipulate. Sales reps very unethical Scary shit! Regulators needs to shut them down or fine them into compliance. Many more things that are wrong way to many to list. If you are experienced run! Do not believe all the bs best place to work crap. They put you through the ringer to get in and hire high performers but have no idea how to train them or support them. The useless woke management instead micro manages and will not listen to ideas from real experienced techs. HR goes on the review sites to boost thier ratings and Strykers HR is very aggressive allowing them to keep the bogus one of the best places to work nonsense.
