Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. Great platform for learning especially for juniors. Versatility and empowerment to take decisions are a plus. Strides is a good pay master

Dislikes

Culture is a big setback for organisational growth and its top down. Power is in wrong hands which is impacting the growth and work culture. Has lot of potential for growth but few dirty minds are pulling the organisation down for their self interest. No work life harmony. Its a clear toxic culture and no psychological safety.
