Worst management , they don't give time for your thoughts to be executed.. expecting immediate results and taking decisions in haste. Should not join a start up like this were things are unpredictable

Process driven work culture and satisfaction. Lot of learning opportunity. For career starters I highly recommend working in this company. People who needs to explore end to end software development they can find in real time in this organisation.

Definitely there will be pros and cons in every company. But for me if any such things comes up I will discuss and sort out the things.
