I am working with Strategic ERP.In my role I work closely with the Senior team and Management. Management is very focused on growth, addressing employee points, rewarding based on individual performance and there is complete open door policy for any employee. The depth of modules in Strategic ERP is at par with SAP, Oracle, Ramco etc. and being in the system, I am aware that next versions in pipeline are way ahead of what other Real Estate ERP software available in the market. The company provides excellent resources for training new members on ERP software, making the process smooth. Implementing systems and solving queries through Crs creates a dynamic, hands-on role with continuous learning

Dislikes

Managing multiple implementation and CRs can be challenging at times. The workload can be demanding, but it helps in developing strong time - management skills.

Over a period of my tenure, I have seen that there is Opportunity to grow if you take ownership and responsibility. Both Founder Directors are approachable and they believe in reasoning to guide you for mutually beneficial relationship. The depth of modules at StrategicERP are at par with SAP, Ramco, Oracle etc.
