Team mates are good. Nothing about the company.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Average working environment. Salary is decent but one can't expect career growth. No job security. HR team need to improve a lot.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
