Formerly called as SPi global which is now Straive. Company acquired few publishing companies like SPS. They are not using much automation, most of the work are manual work that makes work complicated at times.... Appraisal is average, lot of things to learn but you have to learn of your own interest (but you won't get enough time for that).

Dislikes

Appraisal cycle. Work load and life balance. Lack of new learning. Manual works no softwares developed much for in-house. Notice period.

Nice experience. But there is ego at sr mgmt level when we r straightforward. They should understand that v r working for an orgzn where both employer and employees should mutually benefit. They should not work for their own "whims and fancies"
