Overall Management is not serious only focus on South Market. All the Product Managers had become owner of the company. Deploy scheme based on unrealistic fact since PM never visit market to understand pricing standards. Company is not friendly in terms Distributor management, company don’t want any long association with there channel partners.

Out of Box Thinking approach. Will employees of East as Disgraceful.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
