Nothing at all, Worst management apart from Development team everything is bad here, No hike, no benefits, only politics by managers who don't even know how to manage things and resources, still higher management backs these incompetent managers, which will make this company to move nowhere in a good direction

Developers apart from developing are doing Production support all the time

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
