Worst politics in CX, the leaders are just saving there seats and you can be thrown out any moment. No job security at all in CX. Many people have been asked to leave. HR will not listen if you go with any management issues, they just nod head and same old story continues

1. Particular minority religion has captured majority of leadership positions. In promotion, they promote their community only irrespective of skills. 2. No job security. They hire employees on seasonal basis. After big billion day sale they lay off in bulk stating performance is not good. 3. Work pressure is very high but salary isnot according to that.
