Here you can have perfect work life balance. You need to push from yourself to learn new things. You'll get challenges only if you ask for challenging work otherwise you get pretty mundane work routine. Overall i had good experience with STM.

Validation team is still using C based test bench instead of OVM/UVM. Should use latest methodologies .

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
