There are multiple type of work available in team. Main focus is on SOC's. Very good for entry level engineer but average for Experiences professional. Campus is very big.

Dislikes

They will force you to come to office and cancel your team outings by saying "Due to Covid situation's we should postpone" No work life balance in many teams. Pay scale is vary low as compared to other competitors.

Great culture & one of the more caring companies. They went through a huge layoff cycle, but the way they compensated & tried to make it easier for the employees being laid off & facilitated them towards the next job, was commendable. They have my respect for that! Work Life balance was great too. Most of the employees/colleagues were great too.

Dislikes

Stagnation, incompetent middle management who is unresponsive to any stimuli & totally irrelevant to any actual work being done. 50% of the employees are a drain on the company...or were. Unfortunately, the performers churned, while the useless ones stayed back & some are still there like parasites further weakening an excellent company. Very less travel in software/embedded software. Very less career growth beyond the initial stages. Even reaching a middle management post now would be surprising. Even if you opt for the technical ladder, its just an eyewash because nothing in your work would change & you would most probably not get any more exposure than your silo-ed work. The company mostly only understands & focuses on hardware designs & that has been their downfall too to a certain extent in today's very dynamic, cut throat & fickle consumer market. Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes.
