Dislikes

It's a family run business, so they're not very professional. They refuse to take the most grave concerns like women's safety seriously because the general sentiment here is sexist and disgustingly backward. There is rampant pay disparity as well as concessions for different employees. The work doesn't provide much of a learning curve, and there aren't many opportunities for growth within the company. Dislikes

Stirred has over a 100 employees but doesn’t have POSH. If the boss happens to like you, you can get away with anything here, including sexual harassment. They have an unclear, flat hierarchal structure that is not only unprofessional but also allows for major manipulation and unfair practices in the workplace. This is not a place to grow professionally. They value their client servicing team far more than they respect their creatives, there is a high turnover rate.
