Likes

Lovely people, fun to work with. There's no hierarchy, each employee is treated like a node in a system, everyone is equally important. doors are always open and you can speak to the higher ups comfortably. They're very approachable.

Dislikes

Work life balance is awful but that's to be expected of agency life in general. Little to no compensation for working overtime.

Work Details

I learn a lot and I quite enjoy my time here, very rare to find such places. Although they mention that working hours are from 9:00 to 6:30, the work day tends to roll on past 10:00 pm on most days.

Very fun and dynamic work environment, the floor is always filled with laughter, people sharing ideas and building stuff together. We have creative sessions every week where we make clay sculptures or write zombie apocalypse survival stories about eachother, it's incredible.

i was the first dedicated designer for the internal comms team at STIR. and my job role included made creative designs for clients, whatever the requirement was and it was used to educate or inform or update the internal teams at their office.
