Working in the company is not very difficult But can not rest even 1 second in 8 hours whether it is day shift or night shift. Because of this sometimes we get sick no other problem Just salary incrementing is a bit low and sometimes too incentive don't even know .The good thing is that every month there were some changes in the company.so that i save power Career growth is very slow everything else is fine....Read More

I have some things about the company which I don't like like In 8 hours duty, we works all the time, the lines run regularly.can't rest at all. And give 1 helper in 20 lines, due to which we get a lot You have to run.

I learned a lot here, which was a bit of a struggle to understand the line walking machine, but not difficult, The team also helped me in learning and now I have become expert in walking the line.And I always try to do my work very well,

Seniors is only doing messaging in a group , Already they knows all problems .. As a electrical engineer I have not getted opportunity to learn electrical works. Only they provide non-technical works for their benefits.. Also they Hire engineers as a company contact basis. For this they spoil Engineer life..

Here, along with work, the employees are also taken care of and whenever new technology is introduced for jobs, it is used, which makes work easier and more convenient.

Work is not structured properly. Reports are prepared manually even though they have SAP. But they don't have proper SOPs in place to help you. Senior management is good, But mid-level employees who have joined this organization as GETs, consider themselves as master of this world. Overall if you are looking for a good pay hike or if you are looking for a change, it's okay to work at Sterlite. But not a good organization to work in the long run....Read More
