Seepco is a good company in general but projects dept. is heading by tamilian Senthil K Arumugham. He does not like and support other than tamil people in his team. He is racist and number 1 manipulator hence it is very hard to work with him. Many experienced and knowledgable people left Seepco because Senthil troubled them. Not only in Lagos but in the construction site also he harass non tamilians, which is unethical. Senthil takes bribe/commission from sub contractors and help them to increase the price, rate increase in the middle of contractual jobs execution and Senthil close team members other tamilians are part of these games, CEO already knows this fact. Even Senthil wants his own preferred vendors to supply the materials/high value and he gets commission from them. For this, Senthil suppress SCM team and put all the false blame so finally orders may go to Senthil's preferred vendors. Technically Senthil is not sound but he knows how to manipulate the things and twist top management. In meetings Senthil tell many foolishness and mislead everything, also spoil others name.
