very happy working in this company. it was tough job to appoint the first distributor. but with the company support it successfully performed and later i successfully appointed 3 distributor within 2 years of joining. the company motivates the employee by giving them great incentive and then finally a handsome hike after confiration. But yes at the same time it is very crutial to stand in the probation period. in the probation period, if within 30 days if you donot appoint the distributor, your salary will be held up till the appointment of the distributor. one thing is sure, you cannot survive in the company by just giving fake commitments and taking up the job somehow. so clarity is must....Read More
