Sterling is a very nice company to work and learn. the company communication to the sales people are very clear right from the day one. we need to perform well as per our commitments. and for the ones who simply commit anything to take the job, they need to understand that taking a job bycomtting anything and then blaming the company is not good. i have seen people blaming the company. but they never acknoledge that every communication is very clearly over what will be paid and what not. clearly stating that you do not get time to pass in this company. i am working here since 2021. i have seen the company growing well since then. the company, in the begining is very strict and regid in terms of the targets which is comitted by the employeed during the interview. we cant just comit any thisng at the time of interview to just somehow get the job. we get the confirmation after 3 or 6months only when we are able to fuilfil and acomplish what we have comitted. but after the confirmation lif is very sorted. the best part that we also get hike at the time of confirmation which is just 3 to 6 months of joining.
