General Manager don't know how to behave in front of employees, he is not matured, he shouts in front of all like a mad kid. He is more concern on small small issues rather than guest complaints, he don't have time to meet guests but he is having time for meetings with managers entire day

To be frienkly all over the staff is too much helpful,and is like my family, I was too much lucky that i get a golden opporunity to worked with such a great orzanisation.I get a huge experience from this property and they have lots of their own property in different-2 location.

Coordination between CRS and resort is very poor. Need to give free hand to the unit. CRS can promise everything to guest and not pass the message to the hotel. Some senior manager hide the guest complaint and tell staff to do the service recovery with free food and other services, so guest can't complain to MD.

Worst company ever worked for specially I suggest don't ever join in South India this people are terrible they don't have heart for any other state people then they days why other part of India neglects them worst company and place to work they are only good on phone once you meet in person while scenario charges

No proper management,GM is horrible,upper management doesn't have idea of what's going at unit GM thinks he is the owner and treat possible way to anyone,so thinks twice before joining as they will give so attractive offers but after some time you feel like why you joined

Company is good. They do many activities for employees. Work environment is very good. All the senior are very much corporative and keep motivated you. Leave policy is fantastic.
