If you have the right attitude (and lots of patience) you can get good exposure in EV industry.

This company has a good scope to be successful if run in a proper way.
But the company promoters dont know anything. They have hired idiots from big tier 1 companies as senior managers who dont want to take any responsibility. They just do time pass and pass the buck to juniors and make fool of management. Even people from sourcingwill be made head of R&D just because they can effectively fool the management.
Only 1 decent (moderately good) technical person is there in the whole company and he bosses around everyone like he is a god! And he is given preferential treatment by the management which is not fair to other employees.
HR is there just to clap and dance when the management asks them to do it.
Half cup tea (bought from thela outside company gate) will be served 2 times a day (that too half cold). And the management thinks this is a great initiative to boost employee morale!
Even after knowing that a person is feeling de-motivated in the company neither HR nor the company promoters would do anything to resolve the situation. They think that if they close their eyes and bury their heads in sand their problems are going to solve automatically.
Also they are totally dependent on China for technology (no source code, no hardware schematic, all development is done in China only). They buy CKD kits from China, just tighten the screws on it, put a sticker that says "Made in India" and fool the customers also!...Read More
