The most important thing which i like about sterling is the work opportunities, here you have freedome to work on top level to bottom level within your department, every managers are very cooperative and help full, the MD of the company is always focusing on the new ideas and technologies to make the organization more stronge, here the things which matters a lot is your results or solutions, result will be appreciated no matter which standard path you followed. as been a fresher when i was entered in this company, now after having the 3 years of exprince with sterling i can challenged the knowledge i have its equivalent to the person having the exprienece of 7-10 years in other organization....Read More

been a part of this organization i felt the appraisal systems are too week here, and work life balance never maintained, other than that job security is always depends upon your talent, knowledge and hard working in any organization.
