This is one of the worst companies I have ever came across. Work-life balance is not-existent here. They don't care about their employees, all they care about is Money and keeping their clients happy. Believe it or not, for their 2025 holiday plan, they are offering only 5-6 holidays for the entire year. This means a 6-day workweek, from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM or even later, since they often pressure employees to work beyond their hours. One day when the whole Mohali was closed, even transportation was not available, every company is on holiday, then also they didn't give holiday to their employees. Only 4-5 people who rule the company was on holiday. Paid leaves are practically unheard of. If you take a Saturday and Monday off, even Sunday gets counted as a leave. On top of that, in a 9.5 hours shift, you only get a 40-minutes break, and it's strictly timed. Taking a short break outside of that is frowned upon, and they'll remind you of any extra minutes you take-expecting you to work longer to make up for it. The workload is excessive, often impossible to complete within deadlines. The management, including the directors and managers, are extremely demanding. Rather than supporting employees, they overload them to the point of exhaustion. One manager named "Sandeep" is particularly very cruel and is filled with negative attitude. If he doesn't like someone, he makes their work life unbearable until they either quit or get fired. His lack of empathy and unfair treatment makes working under him incredibly difficult. HR displays a negative attitude and does nothing all day, spending time watching movies and roaming around. She often arrive late to the office. If you have other job options, I strongly recommend taking them instead. This company should be your last priority. Lastly, don't believe the positive reviews you see here. Many of them are fake, either written by HR or forced upon employees. Be cautious and don't fall for the false image they try to create....Read More
