Good work environment and culture, teammates and management are very supportive, company have all the policies in place, appraisal are fair ans give good salary hike and bonus along with incentive every year.

The role was quite interesting, I struggle a bit in the beginning,but once I got the understanding I was unstoppable I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me to get the taste of different roles within the same team and improve my knowledge.

I will say I have never worked with such toxic company ever. Joining this company was my worst decison. There is no growth and constant micromanagement. There is lack of motivation and the management is not good.

I was previously selected in STEM Learning 1 month ago. After getting the news I was very happy. So before joining i asking for my DETAILED OFFER LETTER from the HR dept. I sent all the documents to HR but I did not receive any response, neither by EMAIL & nor by PHONE. My FLIGHT TICKET had already been confirmed, and due to this delay, I LOST MY MONEY.
