There is nothing to be like in the company, always dwmotivate the employee, always suck. Any person do hardwork for the organization. But company never encourage or appreciate him by salary hike or incentive.

In covid time company forcing employees for come to the office. Being an IT company it does not provide work from home for employees safety. If any employees got covid positive, company send him on force leave and also cut his salary in this crucial time. Company take hard work from the employee and pay less salary. Work Details

My work experience was ok. But not so good. Because If you deliver your output on time or on delay. Company always remain neutral. Your senior will take the credit of your work. I wish compny will take these issue seriously.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
