I really like the infrastructure and work culture over here. Managers and Heads of all the departments are so supportive and cooperative. Higher management is so knowledgeable that we'll learn something new everyday. MNC company with zero politics. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
