Work culture is good but ego clashes. No responsibility to anyone , at end of result manager blame on own teams. Management- top management is good, but project manager , who have no any project knowledge and handling ERP project. They don't get business in that bcz poor product knowledge, your manager any time ask to you for resignation ,if there friend have no work and save own friend, your work assign to him, they not masure performance as per your allotted work and given output, they measure only output not input. HR policies- becarefull before join , take all written ,what they had promised, they don't give on payroll after completing 10 month.
